Downtown Bass Anglers of Durham Region

Wow what a great meeting! First lets thank John Noel and Derek Strub for talking at the club. John was very insightful with the Hummingbird and Minn Kota products and Derek was very knowledgeable and honest with his Q and A about fishing. Thanks also to Bob Stirling and Carey Miller for attending and giving us the very first ever offer on Ardent reels. I hope all members will look into the offer and purchase these reels its an amazing deal! Remember that if we buy 10, XS1000 reels Bob will donate one for free to our Angler of the Year. We also had Andy Pallotta from the CSFL filling us in on some new changes for this year. Congrats to Pino Memma for being the first winner of our Shimano rod raffle, we have 3 more Shimano Crucial rods to be raffled off at the next three meetings.  We are working on more product deals for the membership as in discounts and product for the club. I will be starting to update the website to current members only with new bios and pictures and also club membership list and new pictures from this year.

Our next meeting is on Monday May 10th at 7:00pm and this months speaker will be Rob Webster doing a Q and A. Anyone who was at our March BassTalk knows what a great job that Rob did and will want to talk to him about so much more.
